TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TAMARINDO TRAVEL

Exclusions :

Each traveler is allowed maximum 2 pieces of luggage.
Oversized or excessive luggage (Surf Boards or bicycles ) may have certain restrictions,
please inquire prior to booking to see if your excess luggage is acceptable. Excess luggage charges (where applicable).

Gratuities :

Tips for drivers or tour guide are not included in our rates

Important Information:

The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Please note, the brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date.
At time of reservation, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel, condo o house details, airline,
flight number, departing city / arrival city, arrival time and departure time.

Our company requires detailed pick up information to guarantee your reservation. Clients must supply this information to confirm the service.Transportation Services must be paid in cash, add 13% taxes for Credit Card payment or 6% for Paypal. All our tours must be paid in advance prior to the pick up date.Credit Card is just to hold the reservation.Round Trip Services must be paid in full at pick up location.Any changes must be received at least 24 hours before the pickup time.

Cancellation Policy:

When you book a transfer or tours, remember that others are preparing for and counting on you to be there as schedule. When you cancel or do not show, keep in mind that administrative and preparatory expenses have already been incurred. As a result, all services canceled 24 hours prior to the schedule time are subject to 50% cancellation fee. All transfer or tours canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

ADVANCE RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY SERVICE.

We are licensed and insured and 100% reliable. When you make a reservation with TAMARINDO TRAVEL, we will provide you with a confirmation number and e-mail confirmation or WhatsApp within 24 hours. We own our fleet. There is no third party involve, our drivers work directly for us.
